International Student Office

CSI's International Student Office is here to help you succeed! 

The International Student Services office provides many services to support you during your studies at CSI as a international student such as:

  • Admissions information
  • Airport pickup
  • Visa counseling
  • Housing information
  • Assistance getting on-campus employment
  • Assistance with personal needs such as driver's licenses, bank accounts, social security information, health insurance, etc
  • CSI does not enroll International Students in Summer semester.

Working as an International Student on Campus

Want a part-time job to earn some money while in school? You're in luck! You may be eligible to work up to 20 hours per week at CSI during the fall and spring semesters as an international student. 

If you want to learn more about jobs potentially available to you contact the International Student office. 

Student Life at CSI

There's lots to do at CSI!

Free Activities: Included in your tuition is access to free activities hosted by Program Board ranging from free movie tickets at the local cinema to live music on campus with free food! 

Dorm Life: CSI has many organized activities at the dormitories for dorm residents if you happen to stay there. Movie nights, karaoke, board games, and video games!

Clubs: Have a particular hobby? CSI has over 20 student clubs for you to participate in and explore based on your interests.

If you can't find a club that includes your hobby you can create your own and get funding for activities through the student government!

Student Government: Interested in student government? The student senate should be right up your alley! You can make a big difference in the way things are run on campus by participating.

Life in Twin Falls, Idaho USA

CSI is located in Twin Falls, Idaho USA.

The beautifully landscaped campus encompasses over 350 acres and is surrounded by limitless choices for recreation and fun, from skiing and rafting to shopping and movies. 

Warmer Months:

  • The Snake River runs nearby and is a awesome place to go kayaking or paddleboarding when it's warm.
  • Local fishing spots are stocked yearly. 
  • 18 hole Disc Golf course runs on campus next to a creek, freely accessible to all students. 
  • Outdoor Recreation Center's has the largest college campus ropes challenge course in the world.
  • CSI's Recreation Center has rental equipment for cycling, camping, rock climbing, and more! They also host free or low-cost events for students such as mountain biking, kayaking, and rock climbing.

Winter Months:

  • Skiing, Snowboarding, & Snow-Shoeing trips are organized by the school's Outdoor Recreation Center at a discounted or free cost. 

Examples of Off Campus Activities:

  • Fun things to do in town include Laser Tag, Miniature Putt-Putt, and Escape Rooms!
  • Free movie tickets are sometimes given out to students for the local movie theater Cinema 13.

Campus Safety

The campus maintains a 24-hour security patrol that is able to help students and staff any hour of the day.  

Student Dining

Pastries at the Eagle's Nest where students can use special dollars included in some meal plans to grab a coffee, drink, sandwich, and pastries or simply pay out of pocket. 

CSI offers multiple meal plans and three different places to eat on campus! Grab a coffee, sandwich, or pastry from Eagle's nest or sit down for a full course meal ranging from pasta, home-cooked meals, to your favorite grill items like burgers and hot sandwiches at Taylor Cafe.
