Fall 2026 Course Schedule

The CSI Jerome Center provides many opportunities for you to take courses right here locally in downtown Jerome! Our full listing of college courses is offered throughout the day, afternoon, evening, online, and online coordinated (Zoom), and designed to give you the flexibility you need as you pursue your degree and career goals. These courses will help you complete pre-requisite coursework and General Education requirements. Classes for Fall 2026 begin August 17, 2026. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.

How to Register for Academic Classes

  1. Apply to CSI
  2. Schedule an appointment with our Off-Campus Enrollment Specialist either by contacting the CSI Jerome Center or schedule online
  3. Sign up to attend Instant Enrollment Event for in-person help with registration and more
  4. Complete a county residency form
  5. Register for classes. Make sure to check the class location carefully - some classes are in Twin Falls, Jerome, Gooding, or Burley. Jerome sections will appear with a “J”. For example, Engl 101 J01
  6. For additional registration forms or questions, please feel free to contact the CSI Jerome Center.

The important pieces of information contained in this course code are:

ENGL - The prefix tells you this class is in the English department

101 - This number indicates the level of the class

A - This refers to the course type type and location.  "A" means the session is "Assisted" by a required corequisite course. Course types may include:

  • A Assisted (corequisite course required)
  • L Lab (indicates a lab course)
  • B Both (section includes both lecture and lab content)

C - Course location is listed before the section number. Course location codes include:

  • C Twin Falls Campus
  • Jerome Center
  • M Mini-Cassia Center (Burley)
  • Twin Falls Off-Campus

01 - This is the section number of the course

W - Indicates the instructional type.  "W" means a web-based course, for example. Instructional code types include:

  • A Hybrid (both online and in-person components are required)
  • W Online asynchronous (web-based instruction through Canvas portal)
  • Online Coordinated (specific meeting times that are attended online by Zoom video conference from any location)
  • V Video Conference (established sessions when a class must be attended in real-time at a given location. You will attend a physical location, such as the Twin Falls campus or an off-campus center in Burley or Jerome)
  • When no instructional type is indicated, course is designated as face-to-face

Most classes will have a wait-listing option. If the section you need is full, then you can put your name on a waitlist on myCSI. You will be notified when and if you get enrolled.
