Admission Steps
CSI Application will open March 2025 for fall 2025 admittance.
To find the application packet and for additional information, please go to the PTA Student Google SiteApplications can be sent to: PTA Program, Health Sciences and Human Services, CSI, PO Box 1238, Twin Falls ID 83303. Applications can be hand delivered to the Health Sciences and Human Services Information Office. References must be sent directly to HSHS address from reference provider.
Applying to this program is a separate application process from applying to the College or declaring a major.
To promote success on the certification/licensure examination(s), all Required Courses must be passed with a grade of C or better. Registration for PTAE courses is restricted to students within the major.

- Anatomy and Physiology 1
- Medical Terminology
- English Composition
- Mathematics 123 or higher

Application dates for the Fall 2025 ICPTAE program are March 24, 2025 - May 22, 2025.
This is a selective-entry program and the following numbers of students will comprise the new class:
- College of Western Idaho (CWI) - 14 students;
- Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC) - 6 students;
- North Idaho College (NIC) - 10 students;
- College of Southern Idaho (CSI) - 10 students.
*CSI accepts cohorts every other year and a cohort will be accepted for Fall 2025.
