Programs for Corporate Groups

High performing teams make the difference between a company's success or failure. The CSI Challenge Program can help leaders elicit their team’s best ideas and leverage strengths into a collective power using a combination of fun exercises, workshop curriculum, applied learning, and the ropes course to unite the team behind a common purpose, mutual goals and shared values.

The CSI Challenge Program passionately believes that experience is the best teacher, and advocates that “play” has power even in corporate settings.

The blending of the two is now offered through the CSI Challenge Program in several “facilitraining” workshops. Foundational theories are taught and practiced through experiential activities, and are internalized through reflection and applied outcomes.

Currently being offered in 2 - 4 hour sessions:

  • The Animal Matrix
  • Values Alignment
  • Group Development Theory
  • The Leadership Practices Inventory
  • Creative Problem Solving
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Effective Communication

To further camaraderie and learning, pair a workshop with the high ropes course to bring people together in a new and powerful way. An additional 2 - 4 hours on the high ropes can exponentially alter the atmosphere of a group, build lasting relationships, and establish values transferable to the workplace.
