Nursing Entrance (TEAS) & CNA Written

ATI TEAS Exam

The CSI Testing Center offers the ATI TEAS Exam for applicants to the CSI Nursing Program.

  • Applicants are required to take the ATI TEAS Exam prior to submitting a nursing application.
  • TEAS exam scores must be dated within one (1) year of the application date.

Exam Duration

Plan for up to 3.5 hours to complete the ATI TEAS Exam at the CSI Testing Center.

Arrival Deadlines (Deadlines are subject to change; please confirm prior to arrival.)

  • Monday–Friday: Arrive no later than 3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: Arrive no later than 9:30 a.m.
  • Late arrivals will not be permitted to begin the exam.

Testing Limits

  • Applicants are limited to three (3) TEAS attempts within a six-month period.
  • A minimum two-week waiting period is required between attempts.

ATI Account Requirement

  • Students must create an ATI account to take the ATI TEAS Exam by visiting www.atitesting.com.
  • Accounts should be created using the student’s CSI email address.
  • Students may also set up their ATI account on the same day of testing at the CSI Testing Center.

Testing Options

The ATI TEAS Exam may be taken:

  • On campus at the CSI Testing Center, or
  • Through ATI-approved testing options outside of CSI.

CNA Written Exam

CSI offers the CNA Written Exam for those who have registered through the CSI Nursing program.

Before calling the CSI Testing Center 208-732-6532 to schedule your test, you must have paid the $21 fee to HSHS (CSI) and received a specific test date. If not, contact HSHS at 208-732-6700 before making your appointment with the Testing Center.

  • You must test on the assigned date, anytime between 9:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • You may change your testing time, but not the date. Date changes must be made through HSHS.
  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (student IDs not accepted) and a debit or credit card to pay the $29 testing fee at check-in.
    • No cash or checks
    • Discover cards not accepted
  • The Testing Center will provide a Test Ticket and assist with Prometric account setup.
  • Failure to arrive as scheduled or bring required ID/payment may require rescheduling and additional fees.
