EMS Conference

2021 EMS Conference to be announced.

The Southern Idaho EMS Symposium (SIEMSS) is a cooperative learning experience held at the College of Southern Idaho. This symposium coordinated by the College of Southern Idaho EMS programs, Magic Valley Paramedics and EMS agencies from across southern Idaho to provide education, outreach, and networking among members of the emergency services communities across the state of Idaho and the Pacific Northwest.

Our primary focus for the symposium is the resuscitation of severely sick and injured patients. We will also be offering hands-on and interactive sessions to participants including Advanced airway labs, ventilator workshops, trauma, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation workshops and the College of Southern Idaho Biology Department’s cadaver lab. Participants range from volunteer EMS personnel to trauma doctors and nurses.

The symposium is held at the Health Science and Human Services Department on the campus of the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho.
