Non-traditional Career Pioneers
Career Pioneers are people who are enrolled in degree programs or working in a job in which the total population is comprised of 25% or less of one gender. Pursuing non-traditional careers can lead to increased opportunities, higher earning potential, and greater job satisfaction.
